Momentum Video Pro provides professional video production services including but not limited to corporate videos, commercials, documentaries, and post-production services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remainder due upon completion.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final video content as specified in the service agreement. Raw footage and project files remain property of Momentum Video Pro unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Momentum Video Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
